All my life I have been involved in sport and was known in school from an early age as being the fastest sprinter and the fastest freestyle sprinter.
In my early days, my main passion was football. I had trials for several professional and semi professional clubs, and was selected to play for the Chesterfield F.C. Centre of Excellence – their academy for young and rising players. I played for two seasons at Chesterfield as a centre forward.
The highlight of my football career was being selected to play for the Under 21s in a cup game that was televised live on Sky Sports. I was chosen as a substitute, and when I came on to the field, my first touch of the ball scored the goal that took the team through to the next round.
Unfortunately, I was released from the squad at the age of 16 due to injury, and began pursuing other interests. I started boxing, and even trained in the same gym as Nottingham’s Carl Froch. Today, my main passion is helping other people reach their goals through mobile personal training.
